3. Custom Orders

Custom-made furniture is designed according to the specifications provided by the customer. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and design requirements.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Full or partial payment may be required before production or delivery begins. Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, customization, and location. Furniture Artists is not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are requested to inspect their furniture upon delivery. Any visible damage, missing items, or delivery issues should be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

7. Returns & Refunds

Custom-made products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Standard products may be eligible for return according to our Return Policy, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

8. Warranty

Selected products include a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.

9. Intellectual Property
